ISLAMABAD, MAY 20 (ABC): Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb while reacting to sumo motu notice by Supreme Court (SC) on transfers and postings in investigation departments has said the transfers and postings have been made in transparent manner.
She held that the cabinet has taken decisions under rules of business, therefore, we will file reply in SC in connection with restriction.
On the other side former Attorney General (AG) Irfan Qadir has declared SC decision as interference by court in government affairs. The court cannot monitor the investigation institutions as they are answerable to prime minister and cabinet and not to SC.
