ISLAMABAD, Oct 26 (INP-WealthPK): The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) will organize the second edition of “Pindi Food Fest” from November 11 to 13 at Ayub Park.
The food festival aims to promote traditional and regional cuisine, introduce new flavours and provide entrepreneurs with networking and branding opportunities, said a press release received by WealthPK.
RCCI President Saqib Rafiq said that more than 50 stalls of different types of food would be set up at the three-day fair, adding that women entrepreneurs who are associated with the food business will also launch their brands. “This will enable them to expand their business networks by interacting with other women entrepreneurs.”
He said that another objective of the festival is to “encourage and inspire women who have not yet started their businesses.” A musical evening and children’s carnival will also be held to entertain families during the food festival, Saqib added.
