LAHORE, July 10(ABC): Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz has said that the former rulers had deceived the masses by reducing the petrol prices.
Addressing a press conference after visiting SOS village on Sunday, he said that the destruction caused during the last four years cannot be described. “We are advancing despite difficulties,” he added.
The chief minister expressed the resolve to come out of the whirlpool of crises with concerted efforts. “We have to rectify the economy. Everything will be rectified if the economy is rectified,” he added.
He said that subsidized flour is available in the market, while free medicines are being provided in hospitals. “The former rulers bankrupted the country during the last four years,” he added.
Hamza Shehbaz said that the people would know about the reality of the money launderers when the verdict of the foreign funding case would be announced. “I ask Niazi not to sow the seed of hatred. The person sitting in Bani Gala has psychological issue,” he maintained.
